Paul Dorney – Business Development Manager
Comes with over 23 years experience in selling and funding commercial and residential developments and has experience in development, mainly responsible for acquiring sites and then marketing them. Paul worked in property agency for 13 years with Raine & Horne Commercial, R&H Project Marketing, First Pacific Davies and Savills. From 2004 Paul worked for a number of private development companies and continues to provide inhouse consultancy for Australia’s largest Medical Centre Group and its affiliates. Paul studied at Sydney TAFE and UTS.

1 Chifley Sq, Sydney – Acquired for $60m from DBREEF, completed the refurbishment, strata titled into whole floors and negotiated the sale to AFM for $84m.
14 Carlotta Rd, Double Bay – Acquired the 80% finished site, completed the fitting out of the apartments, registered the strata plan and organised the sale of the finished product.
33 York St, Sydney – Acquired the building from Stocklands, coordinated the refurbishment, the strata subdivision and marketing of the whole office floors.
GP Super Clinic, Mount Isa – acquired the site, obtained DA for use for medical client as part of the Federal Government GP Super Clinic programme.
